“My name is Bill Roy and I have been undergoing reflexology now for the past nine months. My health in regards to pain management has improved significantly. When Kathy first suggested reflexology I have to admit I was a bit skeptical, but at this point I was in constant severe chronic pain due to conditions from being in a bunker explosion in Afghanistan.
I was tired of taking large doses of pain medication just to make it through a day. Now I take just one pain pill a day. My feet were totally insensitive to heat or cold and to be honest it felt like I was walking on two concrete blocks. There was no flexibility or feeling in the bottoms of my feet. Now part of that was due to spinal cord injury, but even after recovering from that I still had no real feeling at all. Today I feel cold and hot, as well as a great deal of flexibility. I am truly amazed if that was all the improvement I had made.
I have had chronic back, knee and shoulder pain for over 10 years. I still have the pain, but it is no where near the level that it used to be. This of course took time and in the beginning I was seen once a week. It was suggested after three months, and I concurred, that it would be potentially a better outcome if I went to two sessions a week. Within three weeks I did feel significantly better and I couldn’t be happier. I also have more energy throughout the day. One of the things that goes with chronic pain is the inability to sleep through the night and in my case for anything over 2 ½ hours. On the nights following treatment I get a full 6 – 8 hours of sleep and the following night it drops to around 5 hours. I truly wish that I could receive reflexology three times a week. I encourage all of you who are reading this to try reflexology and to remember it could take 2 – 3 sessions before you see any markable results. It is definitely worth the investment!
Very Respectfully,”

“I met Kathy Reynolds at the school where I work. She was a very nice, likable person and I was immediately drawn to her smile and calm demeanor. As we got to know each other better, she started telling me about her job in Reflexology. I had never heard of Reflexology before but was very interested in the method and what it does for your body. Kathy offered me a session to try out and see what it was all about. I had been experiencing some swelling in my feet and had been under more than the usual day-to-day stress.
I met Kathy for the session and was feeling a little nervous because I’m apprehensive about things like this. Kathy was so gentle and calm; she immediately put my apprehension at ease. The atmosphere was mild and stress free. I felt that I would just relax and see what this was all about. Kathy worked on my hands, feet and ears while I lay totally relaxed; this is not easy for me. She explained what Reflexology was about and what to expect the next day.
My belief came to light the next day when my feet were completely back to normal. I couldn’t believe it! I had tried so many things to relieve the swelling and nothing I tried prior had worked. I since found out that I was having a circulatory problem and followed through with treatment but prior to that, the Reflexology was the only thing that worked for me. I totally enjoyed the experience with Kathy and the Reflexology session and would recommend it to anyone.”
